Kristy Lee Royle was born and raised in Westchester County, New York.  She studied Tap, Jazz and Ballet for 14 years. She also studied Voice and Piano in her early years. Kristy started to  model for various companies in her teens. Success driven, Kristy earned her B.A. Degree in Business and Marketing.  While attending College, she was presented with the opportunity to work in the behind the scenes marketing of shows in Las Vegas.

During her frequent trips to Las Vegas over the years, she met numerous people in the entertainment business who requested her expert services to help market, manage and promote their shows, and work as both an Entertainment Consultant and booking agent. After independently promoting and booking several well known acts based in Las Vegas from her New York office, Kristy Lee founded Royal Talent in the year 2003. This has lead to providing Talented Acts in Europe, Asia, South America, The Caribbean, Canada, South Africa, Australia and of course all over the USA.  Kristy Lee is also connected to and works with many casting directors in the industry for Movie Films and TV. She has placed anyone from Actors and Singers in both movies and several TV shows.

Over the past eight years, Kristy Lee has produced many shows (both short-term and long-running) in Casino Showrooms, Theatres, Performing Arts Centers and Cruise Ships all over the world. She has also worked with fortune 500 companies in producing high-end corporate functions, tradeshows, conventions and special events.
